Meet Tyler
Tyler Baxter is a Central Washington–based consultant specializing in commercial and residential insurance restoration, company development, and service-industry growth.
A husband and father of three, Tyler’s commitment to integrity, longevity, and family values guides the way he supports every client. He lives in Central Washington with his wife, Haley, and their three children—Carson, Brooks, and Scottie—where he remains committed to building a strong future for his family and community.
Restoration Expertise
Tyler entered the restoration field in 2013, beginning on the front lines of emergency services—handling water losses, mold remediation, and fire mitigation.
By the age of 20, he earned his Triple Master certifications in Fire Restoration, Water Restoration, and Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning through the IICRC, becoming the youngest person in the world to achieve this distinction.
His early accomplishments established him as a highly skilled technician with a strong foundation in technical precision, leadership, and rapid-response operations.
With more than 12 years in the restoration industry, Tyler has worked across operations, project management, team leadership, and strategic company growth. He has managed and supported both commercial and residential insurance restoration projects, building expertise in mitigation strategy, compliance, estimating, and navigating the complexities of carrier, adjuster, and client communication.
Tyler is known for building efficient systems, strengthening compliance, improving field performance, and developing restoration divisions capable of scaling statewide.
Business Leadership
In addition to his consulting work, Tyler serves as the Vice President of Baxter Construction, where he oversees high-level operations, business development, organizational structure, and long-term company vision.
His leadership role provides firsthand insight into what small and mid-sized companies need to grow sustainably while maintaining quality, consistency, and trust.
Today, Tyler leverages his deep technical background, executive leadership experience, and real-world operational expertise to help restoration companies and service-based businesses optimize workflows, improve profitability, and scale with confidence.
